For the next few weeks, I’ll be in and out of the country, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I admittedly get cabin fever when I stay in Manila too long, so I always take any opportunity to hop on a plane and go someplace new, or revisit a place I love. For March and April, it will be a mix of both. I won’t talk about the other trip first, so I’ll be focusing on next week’s destination: Thailand.
From the 22nd to the 27th, I’ll be hopping around Bangkok, Krabi and Phuket, checking out favorite spots, eating all the pad thai and pomelo-catfish salad I can get my hands on (I love Thai food!), and well, going through my mom’s list of must-buys (she loves dried tamarind and pineapple). Keep posted; I’ll be giving away stuff I’ll be getting from Thailand!
