What was Gaga thinking when she wore this Franc Fernandez dress at the VMAs? Well, it’s definitely going to get attention (I can already hear the PETA people screeching in horror), but all I can think of is how smelly and slimy that dress probably is. Then again, Lady Gaga’s no stranger to wearing scraps of raw meat on her body:
